Library Calendar:
The Library will be available at guild meetings, Clay Days and at Retreat.
All materials need to be returned to the Librarian at the meeting before Retreat and at the June meeting.
No materials can be checked out at these meetings. Inventory will be taken during the summer and before Retreat.
Borrowing Policy:
You may check out no more than two items at a time.
Books and videos are loaned out on a meeting-to-meeting basis. If you cannot return them to the Librarian at the next meeting after you borrowed them, then it is your responsibility to mail them to the Librarian, insured.
If you lose or damage library materials, then you must pay their replacement costs (listed on the Checkout Sheets).
You will not be allowed to check out more books or videos until you return all materials that you have (or pay to replace lost or damaged materials). Sorry, no materials will be mailed to you.
Checkout Policy:
NOTE:
Return and select Library materials BEFORE the business meeting starts. You will get your newly-checked out materials after the business meeting ends.
Actual books and videos are not available for review. Instead, the front and back covers of each book or video are in individual clear plastic sleeves. Sleeves are filed alphabetically by the author's last name in our Book Checkout Binders and our Video Checkout Binders.
The binders will be on the Librarian's table.
